Responsible for the planning, developing and implementing of all administrative and operational activities of the housekeeping department. Meeting the hotel service standards and customer service guidelines.
Public Area Attendant
Service the public areas of the hotel to the required standard whilst attending to the needs of guests and the hotel.
Room Attendant
Servicing of assigned guest rooms and other areas as directed.
Houseperson
Assists the housekeeping team by working closely with room attendants and public area attendants to ensure the hotel is serviced to the required standards while attending to the needs of the guests.
