Public Area Attendant

Service the public areas of the hotel to the required standard whilst attending to the needs of guests and the hotel.

Tasks include:

• Service hotel public areas to the required standard
• Use a checklist and sign off on areas completed
• Report any maintenance issues
• Respond to special requests
• Replenish guest supplies
