We can provide all labour, equipment, technology, chemicals, consumables and uniforms. Our Auckland based support office will also manage team member training, safety, Human Resources and recruitment.
Our student accommodation cleaning services focuses on:
- Regular base cleaning and maintenance of the community, retail and resident common areas
- Exit and ad hoc departure cleaning
- Deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and accommodation spaces
- Any additional requirements as assigned by the property
- Children’s Worker Safety Check and New Zealand Police Check & Clearance Certificates available at each property upon request
- Workforce planning capability with over 300 staff employed by ahs hospitality across the North and South Islands of New Zealand (no sub-contracting)
